If you are writing about a problem, it helps to include your school’s name, the email address you sign in with, and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Raviv accounts are created by your school, not by signing up here. There is no public registration — if you do not have an account yet, your school administrator creates one for you.

• Use your work email address — the one your school gave to the office, which is what the account was created with.
• Forgotten password — use the reset link on the sign-in screen; it emails you a way back in.
• A code is emailed to you after your password. Check the inbox of the address you sign in with, including its spam folder.
• Still locked out — your school administrator can see and reset your account, and is usually the fastest route. If they cannot help, email bentzi@torahtools.org.

What you can do in Raviv follows from the role your school gave you. A teacher sees their class and their own requests; an office manager sees the front desk; a principal sees their division. If a screen you expect is missing, it is almost always a role or a division setting, and your school administrator can change it.

Schools set up their own divisions, classes and staff, so questions about your class list, your schedule or who is in which division are answered by your school rather than by us.

Only to confirm you are on school grounds at the moment you check in, if your school has set that up. It is requested at that moment and nowhere else, it is never read in the background, and no location history is kept. Declining it does not lock you out — checking in still works, and the record is simply marked as unconfirmed for the office to review.
